For judo and aikido clubs

Fewer lists. More training.

Alleda is the web app for your club: trainers take attendance right by the mat, the board keeps track of members, trial trainings and belt gradings – and members see their own progress.

No account needed for the demo: pick a role and you’re in the fictional Budo-Club Musterwil.

Made for everyday club life

Alleda was born in a Swiss judo and aikido club – built around the very jobs that keep trainers, the technical committee and the board busy every week. The name is Swiss German for ‘everyone’s here’: the best words to hear at roll call.

Attendance in seconds

Tap the names, done. The stats update themselves.

Instead of enquiries lost in the inbox …

Trial trainings under control

Belt gradings on your phone

Scored, passed – and the new belt is on the profile straight away.

Features

Everything that comes with training – in one place

Take attendance right by the mat

The home page shows today’s trainings. One tap opens the attendance list – made for phones.

  • Record main trainers, assistant trainers and participants with a single tap
  • Everyone’s belt, medals and attendance streak right on the list
  • Add new participants on the spot, during the training
  • A lesson plan for each training: typed in, as a photo or as a PDF

Trial trainings: from sign-up to membership

Anyone interested signs up through your public form. You see every enquiry in one place and never lose track of anyone.

  • Online sign-up; when you assign someone, Alleda suggests suitable trainings by age
  • New, waiting list, assigned: every enquiry has a status
  • Confirmation, waiting-list and training-assignment emails – with your own templates and a log of what was sent
  • A notice when, after a few trial trainings, it’s time to join the club
  • Newcomers can see where their sign-up stands – no account needed

Belt gradings without the paperwork

From the grading day through registration to the new belt: kyu gradings run entirely in Alleda.

  • Members and parents register for the grading day themselves
  • Assign candidates to groups with call-up times, plus a registration list to print
  • Grading sheet on the phone: two candidates side by side, several examiners at once
  • Passed? The new belt is on the profile straight away
  • Grading programs you can adjust for each belt – including half belts for judo

A training plan instead of spreadsheet chaos

Who leads which training when, and what’s the topic? The technical committee plans the whole year – with sessions shared out fairly.

  • Trainer and topic per training and date, with rotation
  • School holidays and dojo closures at a glance
  • Sessions per trainer, and a printout for the dojo
  • The attendance list shows who is leading today and what is planned

Stats the board actually needs

Who trains regularly, who is dropping out, and how much are your trainers taking on?

  • Attendance per month, section and training
  • Member retention: new, returning, left – by age and training
  • Sessions per trainer and coach, and rankings to export as CSV
  • Badges for attendance, streaks and medals – especially motivating for the kids

An area for members and parents

Members sign in with the email address the club has on file – using a code, no password needed.

  • Belts, medals, badges and attendance at a glance
  • Parents see all their children with one account
  • Register for a belt grading in a few taps
  • A member directory that leaves out birthdays and contact details

And there’s more

Events and tournaments

Tournaments, camps and courses with participants, coaches and a registration deadline.

Data assistant

Take a photo of old attendance lists, judo passes or training plans: the AI suggests the entries, you check and save them. Optional.

Webling integration

Do you keep your members in Webling? At our home club, Alleda imports members and events from there every night – we’ll work out together whether that suits your club.

Roles and permissions

The board, trainers, examiners and members see exactly what they are meant to see.

German and English

Everyone picks their own language – the sign-up form and the emails included.

Your club takes centre stage

Your club’s name, logo and sections – Alleda stays in the background.

Privacy and security

Your data belongs to your club

Club life often involves children. That’s why Alleda was designed from the outset around data minimisation and clear access rights.

A separate database for every club

Every club gets its own instance with its own database in Europe – in Zürich if you prefer. No other clubs’ data alongside yours.

Permissions enforced by the database

The database itself checks who may see what on every query – not just the interface.

No tracking, no ads

No analytics tools, no advertising cookies. Error reports contain no email addresses or IP addresses.

Sign in without a password

With Google or a one-time code by email. The board approves new accounts; members are recognised by the email address on file.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to install an app?

No. Alleda runs in the browser – on phones, tablets and computers. Just open your club’s web address.

Which sports is Alleda suited to?

Alleda is made for judo and aikido clubs: the belt systems for judo (including half belts) and aikido are built in, and the grading programs are available for judo. Do you practise another martial art? Talk to us.

Can we keep using Webling?

Yes, you keep managing your members in Webling. At the club where Alleda was born, it imports members and events from Webling every night; we’ll work out together whether and how that fits your club. Otherwise you enter your members directly in Alleda.

Does Alleda replace our club accounting?

No. Alleda takes care of the training side of things. Membership fees, invoices and accounting stay in the tool you use today, Webling for example.

Where is our data kept?

In a separate database just for your club, in a data centre in Europe – in Zürich if you prefer. The services behind it are Supabase (database), Netlify (website and server) and an email service for the sign-in codes; these providers are based in the USA. We set out which data is processed where in a data processing agreement with your club.

The data assistant is optional: if you use it, the photos or text you upload are sent to the AI provider Anthropic in the USA to be read. No personal data from your database goes with them, only training times, belt grades and sections, so the entries can be matched.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your data belongs to you. If you leave, you get it as an export, and we delete your instance.

What do visitors see in the demo?

The fictional Budo-Club Musterwil, with made-up members. You can try everything out; the demo is reset every week. Please don’t enter any real personal data there.
